HEY everyone!!!!! How are you doing? I hope not as miserable as i am! It’s almost 5.20pm right now! And it’s so freaking hot!!

You know what? I just realised something! In Singapore, we get all 4 seasons!!! Seriously. And by that, I mean,

1. Fuck it’s hot

2. Jesus Christ it’s fucking hot

3. I wont be coming to work today, it’s too fucking hot.

4. It’s quite hot.

I am not even kidding! ANYWAY, i am so stressed up right now!! There is so much to do, and yet I am blatantly ignoring it, (and mentally, filing it under “fuck it”), and blogging! Oh and guess what happened today? One lady at the mall stopped me to ask me a question! WELL, ALL I AM SAYING IS.. I’d rather talk to a toddler on the phone than with a person working at a mall kiosk who says “May I ask you a question?” as people walk by. Uhh..!

Ok.. let’s just move right into the blogpost because I can’t stand myself right now!!! (You know you’re really stressed up when you start getting on your own nerves…!!))

So…As the name suggests…tranform a boring table into something interesting..I will show you what exactly i meant by that:

And if you want to know how exactly i achieved this, then read ahead!!

MATERIALS YOU WILL NEED:

1. Wood Polish – OPTIONAL.. i just use it to protect the table from any scratches..and of course, for shine! But again, it is totally optional!

2. Crafts:

Because i was going for a beach theme, I went all out to get seashells, plastic fishes, pebbles, etc! I was actually looking for brown sand, but they didnt have it, so I settled for blue. I got most of the stuff from Ikea.

So i am gonna be teaching you 2 different designs..both requiring same materials!!

So let’s start!

So first of all, i used the blue “fine pebbles” and spread them as a base:

So now i am gonna be inserting some pics…they should be self-explanatory …

Step 6:

AND DONE!!!!! See!! How easy that way!! My trick was to use all shades of blue and then try to get a gradient effect!!

The next design is my favourite! AND IT IS TWICE AS EASY!!! Even a little kid can do this:

AND DONE!!!

See!!! It was pretty simple, right?? :D You can try all sorts of variations of course. This was just to inspire you a little!!! You could even make it all earthy or even oriental..or bohemian.., whatever that floats your boat!!
